RESERVATION POLICY

Reservation Policy

  • Guests can make their bookings on the website or by contacting the resort directly.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

  • Guests are required to pay a non-refundable booking amount at the time of reservation to confirm their booking.

  • The resort reserves the right to deny check-in to guests who fail to provide a valid ID or who have not paid the booking amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of booking must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.

  • In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the check-in date, the resort will retain the booking amount as cancellation charges.

  • In case of a no-show, the resort will retain the booking amount as no-show charges.

  • If the resort is unable to honour the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the resort will refund the booking amount paid by the guest.

Modification Policy

  • Guests can modify their booking by contacting the resort directly.

  • Modifications are subject to availability.

  • Any modification made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.

  • Any modification made beyond 48 hours of the check-in date will be subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Child Policy

  • Children below the age of 6 years can stay at the resort free of charge.

  • Children between the ages of 6 and 12 years will be charged half the adult tariff.

  • Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the full adult tariff.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.
